Accessibility Statement
Our approach to making AI1Group and AI1Host websites usable by as many people as possible.
1. Our commitment
AI1Group Limited aims to provide websites and digital services that are accessible to disabled people and usable across a wide range of devices and assistive technologies. We make reasonable adjustments where needed and practical.
2. Using this website
We aim to support:
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators.
- Text resizing and browser zoom without loss of essential content.
- Clear heading structures, link text and form labels.
- Sufficient colour contrast and alternatives for meaningful images.
- Responsive layouts on common screen sizes.
3. Our approach
We use recognised accessibility good practice, including relevant parts of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as a design and testing reference. This is a voluntary statement of our approach and is not a claim that every page currently conforms at a particular level.
4. Known limitations
Some areas may be less accessible than intended, including:
- Older documents or third-party content outside our direct control.
- Embedded services whose accessibility depends on the supplier.
- New or recently redesigned components awaiting further testing.
Known limitation is not code for “we shall ignore it forever”. Report it and we will assess the best practical fix.
5. Feedback and alternative formats
Report an accessibility barrier or request information in another reasonable format by emailing
6. Further help
If you believe you have been discriminated against, independent advice may be available from the Equality Advisory and Support Service or another appropriate adviser.
7. Changes to this statement
We will update this statement as the website and our testing evolve.
