Acceptable Use Policy
The rules that protect AI1Host customers, infrastructure and the wider internet from misuse.
1. Scope
This policy applies to customers, authorised users and anyone using services supplied through AI1Host, including hosting, domains, email, applications, storage and related systems.
2. General rules
- Comply with applicable law, regulation and third-party rights.
- Keep accounts and systems secure and take responsibility for activity carried out using them.
- Do not interfere with the availability, integrity or security of our services or another person’s systems.
- Cooperate reasonably with abuse, security and compliance investigations.
3. Prohibited content and activity
You must not knowingly use the services to create, host, transmit, promote or facilitate:
- Unlawful content or activity, fraud, phishing, impersonation or scams.
- Malware, ransomware, botnets, credential theft, cryptojacking or harmful code.
- Child sexual abuse material or content that sexually exploits children.
- Credible threats, unlawful harassment, incitement to violence or unlawful discriminatory abuse.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, unlawful surveillance or serious invasions of privacy.
- Sale or distribution of unlawful goods, services or stolen data.
4. Security abuse and unauthorised access
- No unauthorised scanning, probing, exploitation or access.
- No denial-of-service attacks, brute-force activity, credential stuffing or attack infrastructure.
- No bypassing access controls, quotas, rate limits or security features.
- Security testing is allowed only where you have authority and it does not target our infrastructure without written permission.
5. Email, messaging and spam
- No unsolicited bulk messaging, address harvesting or use of purchased or unlawfully obtained lists.
- Commercial messages must have an appropriate lawful basis, accurate sender details and a working opt-out where required.
- Do not use misleading headers, deceptive domains or evasion techniques.
- Excessive complaint, bounce or blocklisting levels may result in restrictions.
6. Resource use and platform integrity
Do not consume resources in a way that materially harms other customers or the platform. We may require optimisation, restrict a workload, or recommend a more appropriate service where usage is persistently excessive or unsuitable for shared hosting.
7. Intellectual property
You must have the rights or permissions needed for content and software you use. We may restrict allegedly infringing material while a credible complaint is assessed and may request evidence of permission.

Depending on severity, urgency and risk, we may warn, request remediation, restrict content or functionality, suspend services, terminate an account, preserve evidence or report matters to a relevant authority. Where practical, we will use proportionate measures, but immediate action may be necessary to protect people or systems.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect new threats, services or legal duties.
